Curating

Sauvé Art Foundation  Consulting provides curatorial services to clients in both the public and private sector. Curating for urban and building spaces requires different skills to that of the traditional curator operating within the gallery environment. Site curating requires both a knowledge of contemporary art practice and the diversity of practising artists as well as a thorough understanding of urban and architectural spaces.

Project Management

Sauvé Art Foundation  Consulting has extensive experience of project managing public art projects across North America. Projects have ranged from the management of a single artist with a small budget to projects involving teams of up to twenty artists with budgets in the millions.

Sauvé Art Foundation Consulting is committed to the concept of Building Communities through Public Art.

Our focus is the integration of art by contemporary artists and craftspeople being essential elements of the built environment. Such works can provide richness and give meaning to buildings, public places and create destinations.

We provide a range of services including the development of public art policies and implementation strategies and advising government agencies and city councils on funding options and international procurement best practice. Sauvé Art Foundation  Consulting also provides services at a planning, conceptual and curatorial level as well as the practical project management. We are in a position to provide either a full service throughout the project or services for specific components of a project.
