Bruce Brown is the creator of the BLUE WATER INTERNATIONAL SCULPTURE EXHIBITION two-year project that will see the installation of more than 25 sculptures in six communities and two countries the first international collaboration of its kind. Bruce is the City Manager for Port Huron.  Bordering Lake Huron and the St. Clair River, Port Huron offers many opportunities for year-round outdoor activities. The Blue Water Bridge provides an important international link between the United States and Canada.
