Jennifer H. Goulet is President of ArtServe Michigan, providing leadership, vision and management for the organization’s work in advocacy, capacity building and strategic communications.  She joined ArtServe’s staff in 2007 as Director of Development, was promoted to Director of Organizational Advancement in 2008, and assumed the role of President in February 2009.  As a former Board member for the Michigan Association of Community Arts Agencies, Goulet helped negotiate the ArtServe/MACAA merger that was effective in October 2006 and served on ArtServe Michigan’s post-merger transitional Board and Executive Committee
